What is the deadline to complete my Attendee Form?

The deadline to complete the attendee form is Friday, March 21, 2025.

How will I know you received my Attendee Form?

What are the dates of this meeting?

The first event is a Welcome Reception at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, May 6. Meetings are scheduled to end on Thursday, May 8, 2025.

What is the time zone?

Cincinnati is on Eastern Daylight Time (EST).

What is the appropriate attire for the meeting?

The attire is business casual.

Can I attend more than one Category Breakout Session on Thursday, May 8?

Yes, depending on your company’s initiatives. Please make sure to talk with other attendees to ensure your company will be represented in specific Category Breakout Sessions. Staggered start time will be based on the attendee count and room availability.

For those within driving distance of the Hard Rock Casino, where can I park?

The Hard Rock Casino offers free parking.

Hard Rock Casino has a 5 Level Self-Park Garage.
Guests may access the garage from Reading Road or Gilbert Avenue.
Valet parking is located on Level 2 of the Garage and can be accessed from Reading Road only.
Parking is complimentary for our guests.

What will the weather be like?

May tends to be mildly cool in Cincinnati with temperatures in between the 50s and 70s. Make sure to bring a light sweater to stay warm!
Coat Check is available daily located next to the registration desk on Floor 2.

Travel

How early should I arrive at the airport for my flight?

You should arrive at the airport at least two hours prior to your flight. We recommend you contact your airport to validate.

What travel documents do I need?

U.S. citizens will need valid government-issued photo identification.
The legal name on your identification/passport must exactly match the name on your airline ticket, including any middle name or middle initial.
If you are travelling from out of the country, please make sure you have your passport prior to U.S. arrival.

How long is the drive from the airport to the hotel?

Distance from airport to hotel: ~20 miles. Please consider that Cincinnati traffic can be unpredictable during rush hour.
